Up for sale is my CS 44 from CS Yachts Limited (rebuild in progress). This yacht is a "one of kind",
purpose built yacht featuring a Kevlar composite hull with balsa core decks. Her primary function
was to slice through the water at great speeds while offering a leisure environment to her guests
and crew! I re-styled her with a bold use of color, creating an exciting interior that astounds as
you go below decks. Bright red accents throughout provides stark contrast to the soft edged silver
interior with black trim and heavy use of stainless steel decor.

Most everything is new or rebuilt from the ground up! Noteworthy, she's received a heavy dose of
technological upgrades! From the new multi-color LED strips, Halogen dome lights, LED dome lights,
digital gauges to tantalize your visual senses. Not to forget being floored audio wise with a new
Audio System that is sure to keep the tunes pumping. Now then, when the munchies take hold, you'll
be in good hands with 3 ice box storage, stove and ample storage. All house ware, dishware, flatware
are all color coordinated (RED) which also includes a few kitchen necessities! All this is linked to
an all new 675AH house bank (6x golf cart batteries), and the 600Watts solar array powers the
Morningstar MPPT 60 solar controller to ensure your not starving for power. You can rest easy
knowing that you can power just about any thing using the new 5,000W Inverter/charger, and if
sunlight is unavailable, simply fire up the 4KW diesel genset! The yacht is fitted with a nice
15,000 BTU CruiseAir AC unit when you visit those exotic marinas in your travels, and when you've
found that perfect little cove, and wish to explore more... simply push the button and the newly
rebuilt Neilson windlass will effortlessly bring in the anchor!

Being a sailing yacht after all, i guess it's important to note the new: rigging, 11 winches,
halyards, sheet lines, a new Hood System's seafurl 5 furler, and a rebuilt Navtec Hydraulic boom
bang assembly. The yacht was fitted recently with a mainsail, and has a lightair spinaker stored in
the lazarette... The Genoa, Gib, spare main need servicing, Mechanically, it's a rebuilt Perkins M-
4108 diesel engine and a rebuilt 4KW Entec West Genset. Most of the helm assembly was also rebuilt,
a new rudder, packing gland, 3 blade solid propeller & driveshaft were installed! Navigation wise,
it's a Lowrance Mark 4 chart plotter/fish/depth unit, a Standard horizon VHF + AIS, and a new

A CQR 55lbs main anchor is attached to 225ft of 3/8 galvanized chain which runs under the deck
(yacht innovation) so no muck on deck ever oh and a 44lbs fluke anchor is found at the stern.
Lastly, a 11ft AB dinghy with a 6HP Mercury and all the USCG required safety equipment is included.
